He made a pleased sound when Lindsey settled on his thigh. He leaned in, nuzzling against his neck. "Hey I like real food...I just happen to prefer sweets." He chuckled, sighing softly and closing his eyes.
Damn it he was already becoming attached to the human and they'd only been together for one night.
"I know it was hard walking around with half formed memories and things you knew were there, but you couldn't get to them. I could feel your doubt and I'm sorry. I'm trying to keep you safe through this too." He pulled back, looking into Lindsey's eyes. "If you ever don't want this anymore...you tell me. If you can't handle it..."
He trailed off and looked down slightly. "I'll continue to keep my word, Lindsey. Angel's don't exactly do the whole lying thing."
