"I should get that in writing," Lindsey joked as he slyly met the archangel's gaze. Although Gabriel gave a verbal promise of what he wanted, Lindsey knew he had far ways to go to to ensure that was a set deal.
He closed his eyes and sighed as he just tried to live the moment. He already accomplished the first step he set out to do, he should rest. While he couldn't shut off his mind, he could try to direct it to better thoughts, like his vacation here.
