It had been a few days since he'd brought Lindsey to his home. He'd been giving the man a little time to adjust. Yeah, he'd taken most of his memories and locked them away so deep that no one would be able to find them, but deep down he'd left Lindsey with the sense that Gabriel wasn't done with him. That it hadn't just been a one night stand.

Gabriel hummed softly as he looked at the tv, smirking a bit when he saw Lindsey walking out of Wolfram & Hart. He was moving around his apartment, setting things up for what he hoped Lindsey would enjoy. A date of sorts, he thought to himself as he looked at the dinner he'd whipped up that would stay hot until they were ready to eat.

He was tempted to just snap and bring Lindsey there at that moment, but he decided to wait, to see for himself if the man would call for him or not. So far he hadn't, but he'd been occupied by work and probably worry over the fact that he was missing memories of their night together. Gabriel shrugged, summoning a glass of wine before sitting down and waiting.

Despite how he was still recovering from his own high, Lindsey kissed back fervently as he slowly pumped Gabriel through to the completion of his orgasm. He stopped only when he felt the last of the little shudders still, and at that point he stuck his tongue into Gabriel's mouth and kissed it with all he had, all he ever gave.

This angel did things to him that no one else ever did and he wanted to give back some of that feeling.

Gabriel groaned into the kiss, clinging to Lindsey and smiling lazily. "You're amazing. You know that?" He whispered softly, reaching up to cup his face and brush his fingers down the side of his cheek. His eyes stared into the man's for a long moment before he shifted them, wrapping his arms around him.

"One of these days I'm actually going to prove that to you too." He stated, nodding once and winking.

Lindsey was the first to look away from their impromptu staring match, unable to meet the earnestness of the angel's open gaze with his own clouded ones. So much went through his mind after Gabriel's soft praise that he didn't know where to begin.

"You wore me out," he chose to murmur instead as he used that excuse to close his eyes and lean into Gabriel's embrace.

He brushed his lips against the top of Lindsey's head, smiling softly. "So get some sleep. I could use some myself." He yawned, not really needing to, but he'd be the first one to tell you that sleeping absolutely fucking rocked.

Right along side chocolate and pretty much anything with sugar in it.

Although it was meant as an excuse, Lindsey wasn't lying when he said he was tired. He curled up into the other man's hold with a trust that he didn't know he was capable of and dropped out no more than a few minutes after.

He was still avoiding the issue, a lot of issues, but for tonight, he didn't feel any of them while he was wrapped in the angel's arms.
