He laughed, kissing his shoulder and then his jaw. "I'll help you get around." He winked before snapping his fingers and suddenly there was a protrusion from the marble on the other wall. A bench that Lindsey could sit on.

"Sit and then we can wash off. Then breakfast. I'm thinking pancakes and bacon. Or sausage...maybe both." He hummed for a moment as he thought about it.

Lindsey looked at the bench incredulously then back up at the angel. "Really?" He asked, unable to believe Gabriel came up with this. "You're asking me to sit? After that?"

He was so thoroughly fucked that he could barely keep his own two feet, what made the angel think that it was a good idea for that sore behind of his to sit on a marble bench right now? As good an intention it was, that wasn't the smartest idea.

His eyes crossed for a moment when he realized his own stupidity. "Well...ok damn it that was kind of foolish. Ok." He continued to hold Lindsey, rinsing them both off. "Gonna fly angel airlines for a second. I'm putting you on the couch. You can lay down, better?" He smiled brightly before kissing his cheek.

"I think I fucked part of my own brains out. I feel stupid now." He was laughing before snapping and suddenly they were dry, clean, and standing in the living room still naked. The blanket from the night before was still on the couch and he let Lindsey down carefully.

Lindsey sighed as he settled into the couch with a grateful sigh. Much better than a bench and more comfortable too.

The fucking had left him sorer than last time, and with how strenuous they were at it, he worried that something might have torn.

"Am I bleeding?" He asked, unsure about these things and certain that the archangel would know more. All he knew was he had heard horror stories and was worried that this was one of them.

"No you aren't bleeding. We were a bit rougher than the first time, but no you're okay." He knelt down next to him, leaning in and kissing him softly. "Want me to make you feel better?" He brushed his fingers through his hair slowly.

"Okay breakfast time. Any requests?" He smiled softly before pushing himself up and snapping his fingers so they were both at least wearing boxers.

"You won't hear me complain if you make it better," Lindsey answered although his brows stopped creasing after the kiss.

Sprawled front first on the couch, he relaxed from how comfortable the sofa was. It was almost good enough for him to spend a few hours there if he could have day away from work.

"You mentioned pancakes and bacon?" Lindsey lifted his head a bit. "I want eggs with that... And coffee."

He nodded before focusing for a moment, running fingers down his spine as he willed away any pain that Lindsey might be feeling. Then he smiled again and backed towards the kitchen. "Alright then! Hot breakfast coming up." He made a face at the mention of coffee though, rolling his eyes playfully.

"Humans and your coffee! Thats stuff is so bitter!" He laughed as he ducked into the kitchen.

Things like that made Lindsey consider investing time in learning magic. He might never get it to the archangel's level, but being able to heal himself seemed like a good deal.

It was amazing how moments later the pain was gone. He remained laid out on the couch though, enjoying the ability the opportunity to be lazy for no reason other than he can.

"It has its perks," Lindsey said with an amused grin. "It's an energizer, keeps up your energy, and invaluable in the mornings." He looked after Gabriel although for now he made no move to get off the couch. This was... weird to say the least.

"It tastes horrible though." He called back out before poking his head out of the kitchen. "Now I can get behind mocha caramel...well anything. I do drink stuff like that." He worked quickly and breakfast was done soon. He fixed two plates and carried them out into the living room before setting them on the coffee table.

He summoned a mug of coffee for Lindsey along with cream and sugar for him to flavor it if he wanted. Then he sat himself on the floor next to the couch, getting comfortable as he leaned back.

"Mocha..." Lindsey couldn't even bring himself to finish the name of the drink. "That isn't coffee!"

Finally sitting up, Lindsey was just about to go into the kitchen to see if he could help, make himself useful, when he saw Gabriel was coming back out with the plates. Shrugging, he settled back in the couch he nearly vacated.

"This smells good," he said as he looked down at the large breakfast. An archangel... cooked? for him? There was a part of him that was still very much confused and surprised by that.

"I'll take the coffee black, thanks. It's not coffee if you add all the rest to it."

"That is the best coffee." He said, looking up from his spot on the floor. He pulled his plate into his lap before sending away the cream and sugar. He had a large glass of orange juice and he took a sip before he started eating.

"Thank you. I hope you like it." He laid his head back, resting it on Lindsey's leg for a moment before shifting comfortably. "Dig in."

"What, no grace before you eat?" Lindsey grinned as he took his plate onto his lap as well. He had debated on joining his host on the floor, but after seeing how the archangel seemed content to lean up against him, decided that it was better to not jostle their positions.

"This is good," he said with partial surprise after his first mouthful of pancakes. He couldn't describe how good it felt too to be able to use both hands to hold a knife and fork to cut the pancake.

He tilted his head back, smiling up at him. "Pancakes are one of my favorite breakfast foods so I make them a lot. My best are chocolate chip or banana." He munched on a slice of bacon before licking his lips.

"So, any requests for the day? You seemed pretty interested in the tropical getaway." He sipped on his orange juice while he ate. "Could get a nice tan."

"Tanning's not for me. I wouldn't be able to explain it away," Lindsey said as he busied himself with his breakfast. His answers were more natural this way as he wasn't calculating or thinking what to say for maximum effect.

"I've never been to the tropics. I've seen pictures and shows, sure, but American city and country are about the only getaways I've been to." He looked up from crunching on bacon and glanced down at Gabriel. "Will it be a real place or one of your... realities, as you call it?"

"It would be..." He wondered how to explain it, tilting his head slightly. "It would be a copy of a real place. Not just something I made up randomly." He finished off his food fairly quickly, drinking the last of his orange juice.

"I mean, I could take you to the real place but you would be back in the normal time stream again."

"No, I think your facsimile of the real thing is good enough. I don't think I can tell the difference." That relieved him of the concern of being followed by Wolfram and Hart.

After polishing off his pancakes, Lindsey considered further and sipped at his black coffee. "I wouldn't mind spending some time in the tropics... It would be a good change in scenery. Do you think I can grab the case files from my apartment?"

Smiling quickly though, he added, "I just want them on hand."

"Do you want me to send you there or just snap them here? You don't have to worry about clothes or anything like that. There will be clothes there you can wear as well." He pushed himself up off the floor, snapping their dishes away and clean.

"Is there anything else from your apartment you'd like?" He was smiling and obviously a little excited. He hadn't actually gone to his tropics in a while.

Compared to Lindsey who had never been to any sort of tropics. "Do I need to bring my own sunglasses?" he asked wryly as he finally stood from the couch.

"If you can figure out which ones I'll want, it may be better to just bring them here. I don't want to clue the my coworkers in if they happen to be tracking my somehow." He stretched his arms over his head and glanced at Gabriel in mid-stretch. Smiling, he continued his stretch in a more deliberately sensual way.

He raised an eyebrow, watching Lindsey and smirking. "Are you trying to seduce me?" He laughed softly, taking a step closer to him before snapping his fingers. The files appeared on the coffee table and he glanced down at them briefly before turning his eyes back to the man in front of him.

"You want sunglasses? I can do sunglasses." He snapped his fingers and suddenly he had on sunglasses and swim trunks with flip flops on his feet. "You want similar? I was tempted to do a speedo, but I just don't know if I can pull it off."

Lindsey's answer was a sly smile, not at all ashamed at having been caught. His goal was attained, after all. Considering the amount of files that suddenly invaded the coffee table, Lindsey will guess that he had all he wanted there.

Except, "Wouldn't it be easier if you snapped them all to our next weekend getaway?" Lindsey asked wryly while looking at the files here and there. Although when he looked up further and saw Gabriel in that ridiculous outfit, he did give pause.

Then with a smirk, "I can pull off Speedos."
